The V6 diesel engines in the R 300 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY and R 350 CDI 4MATIC deliver smooth operation and huge torque ratings: 440 Nm and 620 Nm provide more than enough power reserves even at low engine speeds. The R 300 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY generates 140 kW, while the R 350 CDI 4MATIC delivers a powerful 195 kW. High performance teams up with low fuel consumption and low pollutant emissions in both these engines.

Impressive features of the new R 350 BlueTEC 4MATIC include smooth running characteristics and low consumption and emission figures. This "clean" diesel with 4MATIC permanent all-wheel drive and AdBlue® urea injection already complies with the requirements of the Euro 6 emission class which comes into force in 2014. The precise piezo injectors are one of the keys to its economical and clean power delivery.
