This S-Class, which is 13 cm longer, does honour to its name: "long-wheelbase version", by giving rear compartment passengers even more legroom, and offering all vehicle occupants additional standard equipment and appointments.

It features leather upholstery with heated front and rear seats as standard. The outside rear seats are electrically adjustable. The long-wheelbase version is also equipped as standard with an electric sliding sunroof as well as an electric rear window blind covering the entire window.

Optional extras include individual rear seats and the panoramic sliding sunroof. Optional manually adjustable folding tables[1] provide an ideal working environment in the rear, while the front passenger seat can also be electrically adjusted from the rear.

With the Exclusive PASSION leather package (included as standard with S 600 and S 65 AMG; optional for all other long-wheelbase versions), the upper and lower sections of the instrument panel, door linings, seatback panels, ruffled pockets and parcel shelf are all upholstered in premium-quality leather. The roof lining as well as the A, B and C-pillars are covered in Alcantara® leather, rounding off the high-quality interior appointments.
