Three AIRSCARF settings allow you to adjust the system for optimum comfort according to personal preferences, driving style and weather conditions. Simply switch to a higher setting at higher speeds or in cold weather. The system will respond by providing more heat.

The Vario roof is the perfect complement to outstanding SL performance. It disappears into the rear of the car in only 16 seconds. Even when the roof is down, the boot capacity is still an impressive 235 litres. With the roof up, you can carry up to 339 litres of luggage. The interior of the SL is as quiet and comfortable as driving a Coupé. Noise, wind and weather are kept outside the vehicle. The panoramic Vario roof offers a breathtakingly real roadster feeling.
