Three powerful, weight-optimised and optimally designed 6-speed transmissions are perfectly tuned to the engine and rear axle to ensure that the engine power output is transferred to the road surface with as little loss as possible. On the models with the 188 kW (256 hp) and 210 kW (286 hp) engine variants, this task is performed by a 9-speed direct-drive transmission with hydraulic-pneumatic gearshift.
